Exchange & Refund Policy

Returns and Exchange requests are accepted within 30 days from receiving the order, feel free to contact us via phone or whatsapp on +201022587642, or through our Facebook Page or our Instagram Account: @Pryzm.eg and we will process your request ASAP.

For any product to be returned or exchanged it has to be:

In it's brand new condition.
Never been worn or washed before.
Has all the packaging and labeling material on it (Polybag, Ticket and Hangtag).

Exchanges and returns are fulfilled by our shipping partners, we will upload the return/exchange AWB as soon we get your request, and we will follow up with our shipping partners in case of any delays.

You will be refunded for the Total product value and NOT the shipping value (For example, if your order total was 500 LE+55 LE Shipping, you will be refunded for 500 LE). You will be refunded for the shipping cost ONLY in the following scenarios:

We shipped a different product/color/size than the one in the order (For example: you ordered a Medium-Sized black t-shirt, and you received the Large instead)
You received a defective item (You will have to send us a photo of the manufacturing defect and we will take care of the rest)

In case of returns or exchanges, the customer will be subjected to shipping fees as follows:

Alexandria: 17 EGP
Cairo/Giza: 22 EGP
Delta/Canal: 29 EGP
Rest of Egypt: 35 EGP

شروط إستبدال أو إرجاع المنتج:

أن يكون المنتج في حالته الجديدة و لم يتم إستخدامه.
لا يوجد بالمنتج إتساخ أو رائحة
لم يتم غسيل المنتج
وجود جميع خامات التغليف (الكيس/التيكت/الهانجتاج)

يتم رد قيمة المنتجات بالكامل لكن لا يتم رد قيمة الشحن إلا في هذه الحالات:
إستلام منتج غير الذي تم طلبه في الأوردر (علي سبيل المثال تم طلب تي شيرت إسود و تم إستلام تي شيرت أبيض بالخطأ)
وجود عيب صناعة (في هذه الحالة يجب إرسال صورة واضحة للعيب الموجود)

في حالة المرتجعات أو التبديل، يتم خصم مبلغ نظير الخدمة من أصل الأوردر كالتالي:
