✅ Conditions for Returns & Exchanges | شروط الاستبدال أو الإرجاع

To be eligible, the product must:

• Be in brand-new, unused condition

• Be unwashed and free of odors, stains, or damage

• Include all original packaging (polybag, tags, hangtag)

لكي يكون المنتج مؤهلاً للإرجاع أو الاستبدال، يجب أن يكون:

• في حالة جديدة تمامًا

• غير مغسول وخالٍ من الروائح أو البقع أو التلف

💸 Refund Policy | سياسة المبالغ المستردة

• You will be refunded the product value only, not the original shipping cost.
  (Example: If your total was 500 EGP + 55 EGP shipping, you’ll be refunded 500 EGP.)

• Shipping fees are refunded only if:

  • You received the wrong product, size, or color

  • You received a defective item (clear photo required)
